Neeraj Koul

Neeraj Koul has extensive experience in the technology industry, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and operations. Neeraj is currently the Head of Cloud Infrastructure & Operations at Aptos Retail. Prior to this, Neeraj worked at Tangoe as the VP of Global Information Technology, where they oversaw the implementation of cloud and DevOps strategies. Neeraj also held the position of Director IT - DevOps at Tangoe, reporting directly to the CTO and CIO. Before their time at Tangoe, Neeraj worked as the Vice President - Cloud Services at Majesco, where they managed the entire cloud computing environment. Neeraj also has experience at Capgemini as the Sr. Manager - Infrastructure and Cloud Services, and at Knights of Columbus as an Infrastructure and Operations Consultant. Neeraj began their career at McKinsey & Company, where they held roles as Manager Operations and IT Analyst. Neeraj started their career as a Network Engineer at Satyam Infoway.

Neeraj Koul completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics from the University of Mumbai from 1996 to 2000. Neeraj then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Operations and Information Management Systems from the University of Connecticut School of Business from 2012 to 2014. Neeraj also obtained a certification in Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School Online in December 2021. Additionally, they hold several other certifications, including AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, ITIL Foundation, PMI (Project Management Institute), Certified Lotus Notes Professional, Cisco Certified Network Professional, Cognos - Reportnet, IBM WebSphere Application Server Administration, and Linux Server professional Certification (LPIC-1).
