David Mattia

David Mattia is an experienced project manager currently overseeing field construction services for bridge utility projects at Aptus Group USA, LLC since April 2021. Previously, David worked at Black & Veatch as an OSP Construction Operations Manager, managing construction execution for the Verizon One Fiber project.
