Sebastian Zarzycki, MSCS in Software Engineering, has over 18 years of experience in designing, architecting, implementing and overseeing software. He's involved in all key Apzumi projects as technical advisor, consultant, mentor and internal quality auditor. He has witnessed various technologies rise, shine and sunset - his primary responsibility is to pick and constantly reevaluate technological vectors, so that Apzumi can shine with them. He believes software development to be a fine balance of spontaneous creativity and down-to-earth solid work bench, requiring both humanist and engineer approach to produce extraordinary results. As such, he values both superb technical skills as well as psychological / philosophical insight.
