Mikkel Højgaard-Kirketerp

Mikkel Højgaard-Kirketerp has extensive experience in the transportation and customer service sectors. Since December 2015, Mikkel has worked at Banedanmark as a Trafikleder, managing train operations from command posts and remote control centers, and has held roles such as Lokalinstruktør and Local Planner, focusing on traffic management and coordination. In addition, Mikkel has been a Mystery Shopper for multiple companies since 2012, providing valuable insights into customer service experiences. Previous experience includes working as a Taxichauffør from October 2021 to March 2023 and providing customer support as a Supportkonsulent at Stofa.
