Julie Kolben Zuckerman

Julie Kolben Zuckerman has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Julie is currently working as a Vice President of Compensation Analytics at AQR Capital Management. Prior to this, they held the position of HRIS Reporting Lead at Compass in 2021.

From 2018 to 2021, Julie worked as a Senior Analyst of People Analytics and Compensation at Loews Corporation, where they developed and implemented a People Analytics and Reporting strategy across various HR functions using tools such as Workday reporting, Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint. Julie also generated monthly Executive Summary reports and conducted ad hoc HR reporting requests.

Before that, Julie served as a Vice President of HR Reporting and Analytics at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2009 to 2017. Julie played a crucial role in delivering HR analytics solutions for Global Wealth & Investment Management, supporting business decisions and planning for over 31,000 employees. Julie also designed and maintained a job-based hierarchy structure for role-based reporting.

Julie's earlier roles at Merrill Lynch include Vice President of Compensation Manager from 2003 to 2009, where they administered the year-end compensation process and managed data for weekly Pipeline Activity reports. Julie also served as Vice President - Human Resources Business Partner from 1999 to 2003, supporting various HR processes and initiatives. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Vice President of Business Manager and Registered Sales Assistant in different departments.

Throughout their career, Julie has demonstrated expertise in HR analytics, reporting, compensation management, and business partnering, using tools such as Workday, Tableau, OBI, and Excel.

Julie Kolben Zuckerman has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Japanese Studies from Colgate University.
