Shikhar Sharma's work experience includes various roles in different companies.
Shikhar started their professional career as a Software Engineer Intern at Jio, where they worked on a project called "Customer Churn Prediction" and used logistic regression and perceptron algorithms for analyzing data.
Later, they joined StackRoute as a Software Engineer Intern, where they worked on enhancing the functionality of an open-source project called Machine Learning Workbench (MLWB). This project allowed the deployment of machine learning pipeline infrastructure and was used by data scientists for rapid experimentation.
Subsequently, Shikhar worked at Morgan Stanley as a Software Engineering Consultant for Accolite Digital. Shikhar worked on the Client-Docs project, which facilitated client onboarding. Their responsibilities included developing a web project using Angular and integrating a usage tracker for the entire application to understand user patterns.
After that, they joined Accolite Digital as a Software Engineer, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer. Their roles included working on software development projects and utilizing their expertise in software engineering.
Currently, Shikhar is working at AQR Capital Management as a Quantitative Research Analyst, specializing in software engineering.
Shikhar Sharma completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Hamirpur, Alumni from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Springfields College in Moradabad, affiliated to ICSE, where they completed their Intermediate (PCM) from 2007 to 2014. Additionally, Shikhar Sharma obtained certifications in "Blockchain Basics" from LinkedIn in September 2018 and in "Snackdown 2017" from Directi in May 2017.
