Nicholas Hall

Nicholas Hall has a diverse work experience that spans across different roles and industries. Nicholas is currently working as the Senior Director of FP&A, Pricing, and Strategy at Aqua-Leisure Recreation, LLC. In this role, they are responsible for business development, pricing, reporting, financial planning, and board presentations.

Prior to their current position, Nicholas worked at CVS Health as the Director of Digital. Nicholas held this role from August 2019 to January 2022. Before that, they worked as a Senior Manager at CVS Health from August 2018 to August 2019.

Nicholas also gained consulting experience at Parthenon-EY, where they worked as a Consultant from September 2016 to August 2018. Nicholas also had a prior summer internship as a Summer Consultant at Parthenon-EY in June 2015.

Earlier in their career, Nicholas worked at Scotiabank in various roles. Nicholas served as the Senior Manager of Product Development in Global Transaction Banking - Merchant Services from July 2013 to June 2014. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager in Retail Products - Payments, International Banking from September 2011 to July 2013. Nicholas initially started their career at Scotiabank as an Assistant Manager in Retail Products, Cash Management, and Merchant Services, International Banking from September 2009 to September 2011.

Nicholas Hall completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Economics from Queen's University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In 2008, Nicholas participated in an international exchange program at Uppsala University, focusing on Economics. Nicholas completed their secondary education at Lower Canada College from 1999 to 2005. In terms of additional certifications, Nicholas obtained the Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist and Certified SAFe® 4 Practitioner credentials from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2019. Nicholas also obtained the Canadian Securities Course certification from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI) in May 2009.
