Andrew S. began their work experience in 2010 as a Restaurant Manager at Galvin Restaurants and Hilton. In 2018, they became the General Manager at Smith's of Wapping, and in 2019, they assumed the role of General Manager at Aqua Restaurant Group. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations U.S at Aqua Restaurant Group.

Andrew S. attended Westminster Kingsway College from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Institutional Management.
