Michael Cherny

Michael Cherny is an experienced technology professional with a robust background in security research and software development. Currently serving as VP and Chief Architect at Aqua Security since February 2016, Michael has also held significant roles at Microsoft as a Senior Security Researcher and at Aorato as Principal Security Researcher prior to its acquisition by Microsoft. Previous to these positions, Michael contributed to Imperva Ltd. as the ADC and Data Security Research Team Leader, along with various software development roles at companies such as Amdocs and Spearhead. Michael's career spans over two decades, incorporating leadership and technical expertise across multiple organizations in the technology sector.
