Priscilla Grainger

Priscilla Grainger has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Priscilla began their career at Hibernia Networks in 2010, starting as a Procurement and Sales Assistant before becoming a Provisioning Sales Support Administrator. Priscilla then transitioned to a Business Operations Executive role, where they worked until 2013. Priscilla then joined Cordis as a Business Analyst for a few months before returning to Hibernia Networks as a Business Operations Executive. Priscilla later became a Client Relationship Manager, overseeing client relationships and managing accounts. In 2017, they joined GTT as a Client Account Manager, responsible for managing client accounts. Priscilla then moved to Vonage in 2018 as a Senior Customer Success Manager, focusing on ensuring customer satisfaction and success. Currently, they are working at AQUABLUE, initially as the Director of Sales Operations & Client Support and now as the Vice President of Business Operations.

Priscilla Grainger earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida, completing their studies from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications including "Certified Business Partner" from CustomerCentric Selling® in September 2019 and "Paralegal" from the American Bar Association in February 2012.
