Ila Dabo is a seasoned professional in food safety and quality assurance with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Director at Aquamar Inc. since August 2021, Ila has previously held senior quality assurance roles at Fresh & Ready Foods LLC, Rose & Shore, Inc., and Huxtables Kitchen. Prior positions include Quality Assurance Manager at FoodProtech, Director of Operations at OMCCE, SC, and Quality Control Head of Department at DIFEM. Ila's consulting background as a Quality and Food Safety Consultant complements a solid foundation in the field, initiated at Nestle Mexico, where responsibilities included Bacteriology and Sensory Evaluation.
