Tom Tinney has extensive experience in technical support, sales, and engineering across various industries. Currently serving as Manager of Product Support/Technical Services at AquaPhoenix Scientific since November 2019, responsibilities include supporting sales and engineering teams in design, applications, and troubleshooting for cooling tower and process control systems. As Owner, Author, and Publisher of PiR8 Productions since August 2013, Tom manages promotional and multimedia projects. Previous roles include Sales Manager and Director of Engineering at Lakewood Instruments LLC, where Tom handled product marketing and design integration, and Sales/Quality Manager at Alumco Precision, Inc., focusing on ISO9000 program implementation.
