Peter Holme Jensen

Peter Holme Jensen has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Peter started their career as a Ph.D. student at Carlsberg Research Laboratory and Carlsberg Laboratory, where they worked as a research assistant and later transitioned into a Ph.D. position. After that, they joined Zealand Pharma as a researcher and project manager. In 2003, they worked as an assistant professor at the University of Copenhagen.

In 2010, they became a board member at Dansk Miljø Teknologi, a role they held until 2014. From 2011 onwards, Peter served as the Chairman of the Board at Aquaporin Asia, a company focused on water technology. Starting in 2013, they also became a board member at Aquaporin Space Alliance, a role they still hold.

In 2015, they joined Aquapoten as a board member, and in 2021, they became a board member at Innovation Fund Denmark.

Peter'smost recent and significant role is at Aquaporin A/S, where they have held multiple positions. Peter started as the CEO in 2005 and remained in that role until 2022 when they became the Chief Information Officer (CIO). Peter continues to serve as the CIO at Aquaporin A/S.

Peter Holme Jensen completed their M.Sc. in Biochemistry/chemistry at the University of Southern Denmark from 1990 to 1995. Peter later pursued a Ph.D. in structural biochemistry at the University of Copenhagen from 1996 to 2000.
