Ray Lauenstein has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ray began their career as a Therapist at the Spa at the Peaks in 1994 and later became a Sales Manager at the Cambridge Athletic Club, where they handled staff recruitment, sales goals, and various business operations. In 2000, Ray worked as a Manager and Web Producer at Highwired.com, focusing on sales and marketing responsibilities. Ray then transitioned to the role of Director of Franchise Sales at the Frozen Ropes Baseball & Softball Training Center in 2005.

Ray also worked as an Account Exec at Logical Net, specializing in voice, data, and network services for small to medium-sized businesses. Ray founded and served as the Owner and Publisher of Athletesadvisor.com, a newsletter and website aimed at college-bound high school student athletes and their support networks.

Currently, Ray Lauenstein is employed at ADG (Aquatic Development Group), where they began in 2008 as a Business Development Manager and later advanced to the position of Director of Business Development. In this capacity, they are responsible for managing sales of ADG equipment systems and design build services.

Ray Lauenstein obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Hamilton College in 1991. Ray then pursued further education and earned a Master of Science degree in Sport Psychology from Florida State University between 1991 and 1993. Prior to their college years, Ray attended Norwich High School from 1983 to 1987, where they completed the Honors/Regents High School/Secondary Diploma Program.
