Patti brings to Aqueity over 20 years of experience in recruitment, employee relations, coaching, and training. Her passion lies in helping individuals find and present their best selves, and helping companies build better teams and employee relationships. Patti’s background spans from leading the HR function for small companies to nationally recognized corporations, to providing career consulting services across a wide variety of industries. As Aqueity’s HR Manager, Patti spends her time refining and perfecting the employee experience across all aspects of HR including onboarding, training/development and benefits. In her free time, Patti loves to explore the outdoors, travel off the beaten path, immerse herself in any type of music and read historical fiction.
