Hubert Urban

Hubert Urban, MSc EE MIET, has extensive experience in the aviation and air traffic management sectors. Currently serving as Lead Systems Support Engineer at Aquila Air Traffic Management Services since April 2015, Hubert is responsible for comprehensive support of military airfield systems and maintaining accurate documentation. Previous roles include Communications System Engineer at Aquila, ensuring safety and developing maintenance strategies, and Radios and Navigational Aids Engineer at the UK Ministry of Defence, focusing on technical management of communication systems. Hubert has also worked as an Aviation English Language Instructor and IT Specialist, and held various engineering positions within the Polish Air Force, contributing significantly to avionics maintenance and operations. Hubert's educational background includes a Master of Science in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Military University of Technology and postgraduate studies in European Studies from the University of Warsaw.
