Ieva Stukle has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ieva started their career as an Administrative Fellow at Mount Holyoke College, where they were involved in event planning and marketing strategies. Ieva then became a Harriet Newhall Admissions Fellow, where they interviewed and evaluated prospective students. Ieva also worked as a Resident Manager at Gordon Research Conferences, managing conference funding and overseeing a team.
Moving into the energy sector, Ieva joined Nordex Energy GmbH as a Sales Manager, handling sales in the EMEA East region. Ieva then transitioned to ABO Wind, taking on roles such as Wind Turbine Purchaser, Senior Project Manager, and Team Leader. At ABO Wind, Ieva gained experience in project management and wind turbine procurement.
Ieva also worked at the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia, first as an Investment Project Manager, where they played a crucial role in facilitating foreign direct investment projects.
