Aaron Flores is a Financial Analyst at AQUILA Commercial, LLC since July 2021, with previous experience as a Performance Intern at Invesco US, where valuable analytic tools were built for underwriting and asset management using Excel, PowerBI, and R. At Invesco US, reporting and visualizations were created to analyze real estate trends, and support was provided for innovative performance strategies. Prior to that, Aaron served as a Marketing and Web Development Intern at Junior.Golf, focusing on customer acquisition and utilizing SQL, Django, and Python for data management. Aaron holds a Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Social Science from Dartmouth College, completed in 2021, and graduated from Westlake High School in 2017.
