Abigail Debiase

Abigail DeBiase has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Abigail began their career as the Office/Sales/Training Manager at Paradis Construction in 2008, where they demonstrated strong skills in fleet management, sales, customer service, and marketing. Abigail achieved daily sales of over $25,000 and excelled at closing large home improvement projects. In 2015, they joined Belcan as a Recruiting Team Lead, where they provided staffing solutions and managed a team of recruiters. Abigail then moved to Aquinas Consulting in 2021, starting as an Engineering Recruiting Manager and progressing to their current role as the Director of Recruiting. At Aquinas, they specialize in providing staffing solutions in the fields of engineering, information technology, and manufacturing across various industries. Abigail'sexperience and expertise make their a valuable asset in sourcing, screening, and assigning technical professionals.

Abigail DeBiase completed their high school education at Southington High School from 1999 to 2003, earning a diploma in High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. Abigail then pursued higher education at Gordon College from 2003 to 2004, focusing on Secondary Education in Geography. Abigail later transferred to Central Connecticut State University, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Geography from 2004 to 2007.

In terms of additional certifications, Abigail DeBiase obtained the Certified Pool and Spa Operator (CPO) certification in March 2015. Abigail also completed the Designated Employer Representative (DER) - DOT, FAA, FMCSA training and Reasonable Suspicion Training (for DOT Covered Supervisors) in July 2020, both offered by the Certified Training Institute.
