Rachel Coley

Rachel Coley has a wealth of work experience. Rachel started their career in 2000 as a Residential Counselor at Devereux. In 2002, they began working as a Juvenile Probation Officer II at Chester County Juvenile Probation, where they independently performed the full array of case management duties, was routinely assigned a caseload of varying difficulty as an Intake Officer, developed and implemented individualized rehabilitation services, including secure and non-secure levels of probation, probation rehabilitation and detention of juvenile offenders and restoration of victims and communities. In 2006, they began working as an Account Manager at AQUIPT.

Rachel Coley received a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2000, followed by a Master's degree in Criminal Justice from the same university in 2003.
