Carlúcio Santos Cordeiro

Carlúcio Santos Cordeiro has over 20 years of professional experience in software engineering. From 2001 to 2005, they worked as a Programmer Intern at ComunIP S/A. From 2005 to 2010, they worked as a Graduate Researcher at the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, where they were the lead programmer of two educational game projects. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Software Product Analyst at Devex Tecnologia e Sistemas Ltda, where they developed a high precision GPS positioning system for excavators in mining operations. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Software Engineer at Eldorado Research Institute, where they were the lead developer of a proof of concept application for volume rendering using virtual reality for immersive visualization of medical images. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Software Development Specialist at Hexagon Mining, where they developed a real-time simulator for SiL/HiL testing and demonstration of a reverse assistance product for haul trucks. Currently, they are working as a Client Engineer at AQUIRIS.

Carlúcio Santos Cordeiro earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais between 1999 and 2003. Carlúcio then went on to receive a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the same university between 2007 and 2010.
