Nicolás Da Silva Ramia

Nicolás Da Silva Ramia began their career in 2009 as a Salesforce Developer at Kognoz. In 2014, they took on the role of Director at Colegio De los Molinos. In 2017, they became a Salesforce Dev at Globant. In 2019, they joined Aquiva Labs as a Salesforce Engineering Manager. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring that the engineering teams delivered high-quality and highly efficient software at a high velocity. Nicolás also led, coached, and developed up to 25 engineers, and informed and enforced company standards. In 2020, they took on the role of Salesforce Tech Lead at Aquiva Labs.
