Nikolai Balba is the Founder & CEO of Aquiva Labs Inc., a company that focuses on Digital Transformation and ISV Product initiatives within the Salesforce.com platform. Nikolai is also the Co-Founder of hapicloud.io, which is a real-time data streaming and enrichment platform for the hospitality industry. With previous experience at Amadeus IT Group as Vice President Guest Centric Solutions, Vice President & CTO for Force.com, and Co-Founder & CTO of Libra OnDemand, Nikolai has a strong background in technology leadership and product strategy. Nikolai's entrepreneurial journey began with founding Libra Hospitality in 1998 and Nikolai has held various roles at HRS (Hospitality & Retail Systems) from 1992 to 1998.
