Vlad Marincas

Vlad Marincas has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as a Teaching Assistant at European-University Viadrina. Vlad then worked as a Teaching Assistant at The University of Bonn in 2014, followed by a role as a Research Fellow and Teaching Assistant at Universität Osnabrück from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, they joined the European Central Bank as a PhD Trainee and later as a Research Analyst until 2019. Currently, they are the CEO and Data Scientist at Aqurate.

Vlad Marincas began their education at Liceul Teoretic Nikolaus Lenau, where they obtained their Bacalaureat degree in High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from 2006 to 2010. Vlad then pursued their undergraduate studies at European-University Viadrina from 2010 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Economics. In 2011 and 2012, Vlad also attended Universidade Nova de Lisboa as part of their Bachelor of Science (BS) program in Economics. Vlad then went on to complete a Master of Science (MS) in Economics at The University of Bonn from 2013 to 2015. Currently, Vlad Marincas is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Finance at Universität Osnabrück, which is expected to be completed by 2023.
