Michelle Marshall

Michelle Marshall is a nursing student at Ara Institute of Canterbury, with extensive experience in human resources consulting. Currently a consultant at AorakiHR since September 2018, Michelle has a strong background in HR roles within various companies including Barker Fruit Processors Ltd, Oceania Dairy Limited, and DB Breweries, focusing on recruitment, change management, and talent management. Michelle's career began at Inland Revenue NZ as a training coordinator, following a degree in BBMedSc specializing in Genetics and Microbiology from Victoria University of Wellington. Michelle has demonstrated proficiency in partnering with leadership teams to drive people and culture strategies, alongside implementing HR policies and programs that enhance organizational performance.
