Sean Egan

Sean Egan, MBA, currently serves as Senior Project Manager at Ara Partners since April 2024. Previously, Sean held the position of Director at Amp Americas from June 2021 to April 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing the development and execution of a Dairy RNG project portfolio across multiple states while also mentoring a team of Project Managers. Sean's extensive experience at ExxonMobil spanned from October 2005 to February 2021, with roles including Project Manager for the Gulf Coast Growth Ventures Project, where Sean managed $400M+ infrastructure projects, and Functional Manager, where Sean developed and mentored a sizable team during significant project expenditures. Earlier, as Project Services Manager, Sean directed a team on the Kearl Oil Sands Project, managing a total project value of $13B CDN and implementing strategies that resulted in significant cost savings. Sean Egan holds a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an Executive MBA in Energy from the University of Oklahoma.
