Mohamed Abaza

Mohamed Abaza has a diverse range of work experience. Mohamed currently works as a Lead Data Scientist at Arab African International Bank. Prior to that, they worked at ALEXBANK as a Senior Data Analyst & BI Engineer, specializing in digital transformation and online payments. Mohamed also had a role as a Business Intelligence Analyst at EFG Hermes. In addition, Mohamed has experience as a Research Assistant at The American University in Cairo and as a Graduate Teaching and Research Assistant at Qatar University. Mohamed has also held international roles, including being an International Representative at Terra Scientia International Youth Forum and a Cultural Ambassador at Seliger International Forum in Russia. Furthermore, they were an Active Member of IGCDP at AIESEC Egypt and completed a trainee program at Eni Energies et Services.

Mohamed Abaza completed their education as follows:

- In 2018-2019, they attended the Information Technology Institute (ITI) and obtained a Graduate Diploma in System Development with a focus on Professional Web Development and Business Intelligence.

- From 2015 to 2017, they pursued their Master's degree in Science & Technology at Qatar University.

- Starting in 2009 and ending in 2014, Mohamed studied at Suez Canal University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering.

- In the years 2007 to 2009, they attended the Experimental English Language School for their High School education, focusing on Secondary Education.

In addition to their formal education, Mohamed Abaza has also obtained several certifications in various fields, such as machine learning, data science, cost accounting, and Python programming, from institutions like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google, Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, Coursera, Egyptian Banking Institute, DataCamp, and Udacity. Mohamed also holds certifications in IELTS and ICDL.
