Ali Merza

Ali Merza, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Credit Officer at Arab Bank since May 2014, after progressing through the role of Credit Officer. Prior to this, Ali worked at Standard Chartered Bank from March 2011 to April 2014, where responsibilities included improving call center service quality as a Specialist Service Quality and maintaining customer focus as a Senior Call Centre Agent. Ali began the professional career as a Trainee for the Alwaffer Product at Khaleeji Commercial Bank BSC in July 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration and Management from Ahlia University (2015-2016) and a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from Ahlia University (2007-2011).
