Laithy Hattar

Laithy Hattar has extensive work experience in the banking industry, particularly in Information Technology and business development roles. Laithy began their career in 1999 at Arab Bank as a Projects Manager, overseeing various projects until 2006. Laithy then joined Cairo Amman Bank as an IT Projects Manager from 2006 to 2010. Laithy then moved to Wahda Bank in 2010, where they held the position of Business Development Manager until 2023. Laithy is currently Vice President of Information Technology at Arab Bank, a position they have held since 2015.

Laithy Hattar earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Philadelphia University from 1992 to 1997. In addition, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Philadelphia University - Jordan during the same period. Laithy Hattar has also obtained an Accredited Tier Designer certification from the Uptime Institute.
