Adithya K

Adithya K has extensive experience in firmware development for various embedded systems. Adithya is currently working as a Senior Principal Firmware Engineer at Arable. Previously, they were employed at Itron, Inc. where they held the roles of Senior Principal Engineer and Principal Software Engineer, focusing on firmware development for smart meters and IoT products on an embedded Linux platform.

Prior to that, Adithya served as a Senior Technical Analyst at DSP Group (formerly NXP Semiconductors Cordless & IP Terminals), specializing in firmware development for cordless phones on embedded Linux/ARM SOC.

Adithya also held the position of Senior Firmware Engineer at SanDisk, where they worked on the firmware for SSD and USB devices, specifically on the Nand FTL layer and wear leveling algorithms.

Earlier in their career, Adithya worked as a Senior Technical Lead at Sonim Technology, focusing on the development of various modules including OMA POC, SIP, and RTP protocols for mobile devices.

Adithya began their professional journey as a Software Engineer at Optical Fusion Software Services (India) Pvt Ltd, where they were involved in the development of ITU speech codecs for video conference products.

Adithya K completed their 10th grade education at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1986 to 1996. Adithya then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from M. S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology, which they completed from 1998 to 2002. Adithya K also obtained a BE degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University during the same time period. In 2018, they furthered their education by completing a PG Diploma in Data Science from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore. Adithya K also earned a DS C7 Diploma Certificate from the same institution in July 2019.
