Dan Leppo

Dan Leppo started their work experience in 2003 as a Vice President at Bank of the West, where they specialized in financing acquisitions and managing syndicated deals. Dan developed an expertise in the solid waste, recycling, and environmental industry and won multiple awards for their performance. In 2010, they joined CR&R Incorporated as an EVP, leading a turnaround of a 70-employee workforce and implementing strategic changes that resulted in increased profitability and customer base. In 2017, they became an Independent Consultant at SBG Advisory, and in 2018, they joined Athens Services as the Vice President of Finance Operations.

Dan Leppo completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance, General at the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business from 1980 to 1984. Dan then pursued their MBA in Strategic Management from the Drucker School of Management, graduating in 1991.
