Elizabeth Guthrie has extensive experience in contact center leadership, currently serving as Vice President of the Contact Center within Global Business Services at Aramark since April 2012, after holding the role of Director of Central Reservations in the Leisure sector. Prior to Aramark, Elizabeth held the position of Director of Global Contact Center Operations at TriVita, Inc. from 2006 to 2012 and served as Executive Director and Director of Contact Center Operations at International Cruise and Excursions, Inc. from 2005 to 2006. Additionally, Elizabeth spent nearly a decade at US Airways in various contact center leadership roles. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor's Degree in Justice Studies from Arizona State University, completed between 1996 and 1999, and attended UC Santa Barbara in 1995-1996.
