Gordon Dowall-Potter

Gordon Dowall-Potter is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications and corporate affairs. Currently serving as Head of Internal Communications at Aramco since December 2023, Gordon also founded MANtenatal, a virtual antenatal course designed to better prepare fathers for parenthood. Previous roles include Head of Communications at E.ON Digital Technology and a series of leadership positions at E.ON and O2 (Telefónica UK), where Gordon focused on enhancing internal communications strategies. Gordon's expertise is backed by a solid educational background, including a Global Leadership degree from IMD and certifications in coaching and organizational leadership from the University of Warwick.
