Ivonne Tummers MCIPD is an experienced professional in organizational development and learning management, currently serving as Team Manager for Organization Development at Aramco since July 2007. In this role, Ivonne leads a team responsible for various functions including Total Rewards, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Employee Experience. Prior to Aramco, Ivonne's career included positions as a Learning and Development Consultant with a focus on strategic consulting and coaching, a Training Consultant at Daimler Chrysler overseeing L&D projects, and an Operations Manager at Mercedes Benz, where business planning and performance metrics were key, along with early management experience as an Arts and Craft Center Manager. Educational qualifications include a Higher Diploma in Heritage Management from University College Cork and a Master's degree in History from Radboud University, among other academic achievements.
