Robert Falck

Robert Falck is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, compliance, and contract law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel II at Aramco since January 2023, Robert provides subsidiary governance support. Prior to this, Robert held the position of Staff Counsel at Sorenson Communications, where counsel was offered on compliance, contracts, governance, privacy, and human resources for a major interpretative and captioning service provider. Robert also operated as a solo practitioner at Falck, PLLC, offering legal services in business, estate planning, and immigration matters. Previous roles include Corporate Counsel at US Alliance Group, Inc., and Staff Attorney at Legal Aid of Western Ohio. Robert's legal expertise is built on a Doctor of Law from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Middle East Studies from the University of Utah.
