Tom Palmer

Vice President, Executive Development & Compensation at aramco

Tom Palmer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational psychology. Currently serving as Vice President of Executive Development & Compensation at Saudi Aramco since December 2008, Tom has also held roles including Director of Executive Development & Compensation and Senior HR Business Partner for the Upstream organization, which encompasses 20,000 employees across various functions. Prior to joining Saudi Aramco, Tom worked as a Senior Consultant at Personnel Decisions International and in Assessment and Development at TMP Worldwide Australia. Tom's educational background includes a Master of Science in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham, a BSc Hons in Occupational Psychology from Ulster University, and participation in the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
