Pauline Marion

Pauline Marion currently serves as the Group Head of Talent at Aramis Group, a position held since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Webhelp, where Pauline was the Talent Development Manager and led various HR development projects across a workforce of over 25,000 employees. Previous positions also include Chef de projets RH at both the Group and France levels, with responsibilities in talent management, HR innovation, and operations. Additional experience encompasses various HR roles at Total, focusing on expatriation and HR project coordination, as well as a recruitment position at L’OCCITANE Group. Pauline holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Communication from CELSA Paris-Sorbonne, along with multiple law degrees from Paris-Sud University and an Advanced Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge.
