Anil K. Rattan, Ph.D.

Anil K. Rattan, Ph.D. has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Anil K. is currently the Executive Director of Quality Assurance at Aravive, Inc. since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Quality and Compliance (Senior Director) at Cyteir Therapeutics from August 2022 to November 2022. Anil K. also served as the Director of CMC Quality at Immunovant from July 2021 to July 2022. Before that, Anil held the position of Director of Global Quality Governance & Risk Management at Apellis Pharmaceuticals from September 2019 to July 2021.

Anil's previous roles include being the Director of Global Quality Auditing & Compliance at Boston Biomedical from September 2017 to September 2019. Anil K. also worked as the Associate Director of Global Quality & Compliance at Shire Pharmaceuticals from June 2014 to September 2017. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Scientist of World-Wide Quality & Compliance (WWQC) at Bristol-Myers Squibb from January 2002 to May 2014.

Anil also has experience working at Wyeth, where they held the position of Senior Informatics Scientist for Chemicals and Biologics from March 1998 to January 2002.

In addition to their industry experience, Anil has been connected to Guru Nanak Dev University as a Member Alumnus from Abroad of the AAGNDU since October 2015.

Anil K. Rattan, Ph.D. obtained their Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) degree in Biology, specializing in Neuroscience, from Guru Nanak Dev University. Anil K. pursued further education at the same university and proceeded to earn their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Biology, specializing in Animal Neurosciences.
