Lisa Romano

Lisa Romano has over a decade of experience in various roles focused on customer service and program management. Currently serving as a Customer Account Professional at Arbella Insurance Group since December 2019, Lisa previously held positions such as Program Coordinator at Action Athletics from January 2017 to November 2019, and Regional Director of Childcare and Enrichment at Healthworks Fitness Centers for Women from September 2014 to September 2015. Earlier in their career, Lisa advanced through several roles at The Sports Club/LA, including Regional For Kids Only Manager, For Kids Only Manager, and Reception & Membership Service Lead from September 2007 to September 2014. Lisa holds a degree from UMass Boston.
