Gillie Zamora has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2007. In 2007, they were the Branch Chief of Network Operations and NCOIC of Enterprise Service Center at the 78 CS, Robins AFB (USAF). In 2009, they moved to the 607 ACOMS, Osan AB (USAF) and became the Branch Chief of Comm Focal Point. In 2010, they were the Flight Chief of Operations and Section Chief of Intelligence Systems Operations at the 1 ACOS, United States Air Force. From 2011 to 2014, they were the Superintendent of Mission Support at the 693 ISRG, United States Air Force. From 2014 to 2016, they were the Superintendent at the PACAF Cyberspace Systems Squadron. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Chief Enlisted Manager at the 690th Cyberspace Operations Squadron. In 2020, they were the Strategic Planning Manager at the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group. Finally, in 2021, they joined The Arbinger Institute as a Senior Account Executive in the Department of Defense Practice.
Gillie Zamora obtained an MBA in Business from the University of Phoenix in 2011, and a BS in Information Technology, Information Systems Security from the same institution in 2009. Gillie also has a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, obtained in May 2021. Additionally, they have an Arbinger Facilitator certification from The Arbinger Institute, obtained in June 2018, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the United States Air Force, obtained in April 2017, a Professional Manager Certification from the Community College of the Air Force, obtained in April 2012, and a GIAC Security Leadership (GSLC) certification from Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC), obtained in April 2018.
