Jose Surita

Jose Surita has worked in the professional world since 1992, when they began their career with the USAF as a Transitioning Air Force Officer. Jose then moved up to Training Squadron Commander before leaving in 2019 to become the Executive Director and Chief Learning Officer at the 37th Training Wing/Hq. Jose is currently employed as a Senior Account Executive at The Arbinger Institute, a position they have held since 2022.

Jose Surita's education history consists of a Doctor of Education - EdD from Liberty University, obtained between 2021 and 2023 in Educational Leadership and Administration, General. Jose also holds a Master's degree from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, obtained between 2014 and 2015 in Counseling and Leadership.
