Teresa Roberts

Teresa Roberts has been self-employed since 2018, where they serve as President, S.H.A.R.P. Leadership LLC, Leader, Consultant and Coach, and Instructional Facilitator. Prior to this, they were a Social Worker for the USAF, an Executive Coach & Life Coach for The John Maxwell Company, a Senior Leadership Instructor, Profession of Arms Center of Excellence and Officer for the United States Air Force, a Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor for the International Certification & Reciprocity Consortium, a Hospital Administrator/ Senior Executive for Air Force Medical Center, and an Air Command Staff College Student for The Air University.

Teresa Roberts obtained a Master's degree in Social Work from Louisiana State University between 1993 and 1995. Teresa then obtained a Master's Degree in Military Operational Art and Science/Studies from the Community College of the Air Force between 2007 and 2008. Finally, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with minors in Speech and Sociology from Louisiana State University between 1989 and 1992. Additionally, they obtained an Instructor certification from The Arbinger Institute in September 2018.
