David Walker

Mr. Walker serves as Arbitech’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He comes to Arbitech with over 20 years of accounting and corporate finance experience, of which more than 10 years were in an executive capacity. David has had broad exposure to a multitude of industries. Having started his career at Deloitte, he eventually moved to middle-market investment banking, where he served as Managing Director of Professional Services at RSM EquiCo. He has worked as a CFO/COO for companies in the distribution, software, consumer products, and professional services industries, which makes him a valuable member of Arbitech’s executive management team.

David graduated from Brigham Young University (BYU) with a Master of Accountancy, a Bachelor of Science degree in economics, and a minor in Spanish. David is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) as well as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), speaks Spanish fluently, and is active in various professional organizations -- most recently serving as a board member of the Orange County Chapter of Financial Executives International (FEI).
