Steve Janicki, ChFC, CPCU, SCLA has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Steve most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Arbitration Forums, Inc. starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Product Innovation and Delivery at the same company from January 2010 to May 2022.

Before joining Arbitration Forums, Inc., Steve worked at Travelers Insurance as the Management Information Director from October 2005 to December 2009. Between 1991 and 2005, they served as the Financial Director at USAA. Steve's diverse roles and long tenure within the insurance industry demonstrate their expertise in financial management and product innovation.
