Stephen Preece has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning from 1995 to the present. Stephen has held various leadership roles in different companies, demonstrating their expertise in business development, sales, project management, and energy consultancy.

From 2017 to the present, Stephen has been serving as the Business Development Director at arbnco, a building energy simulation company. In this role, they focus on new sales business and works closely with the sales and marketing teams to support new clients and achieve ambitious growth plans.

Prior to joining arbnco, Stephen worked as the Business Development Director at GEP Environmental Ltd from 2016 to 2017. Stephen provided energy and environmental consultancy services to clients in the UK and beyond. Stephen'sresponsibilities included meeting clients, project management, and generating new leads through marketing and introductions.

Stephen also served as the Associate Director at Virtus Consult in 2016. During this time, they built the Salesforce CRM, updated the company website, and implemented lead generation campaigns. Stephen played a key role in creating the Insulation business for ABP, establishing joint ventures and expanding their capabilities. Stephen also secured green deal accreditation and facilitated access to carbon funding for customers.

Earlier in their career, Stephen worked as the Works Manager at Tarmac Precast Concrete Ltd. from 2004 to 2006. Stephen was responsible for overseeing production, health and safety, profitability, and capital investment projects at the Tallington site. Prior to that, Stephen worked as the Works Manager at Marshalls from 1996 to 2004. Stephen managed the largest concrete block paving plant in Europe and led initiatives such as the abolition of piecework rates and achieving ISO accreditation.

Stephen started their career as a Production Manager at Tenmat Ltd. in 1995. Stephen managed a three-shift operation and was responsible for output, maintenance, and health and safety within the millboard and vacuum formed products department.

Overall, Stephen Preece has a wealth of experience in various industries, showcasing their adaptability and leadership skills.

Stephen Preece attended The King's School in Canterbury from 1985 to 1990. After completing their schooling, they pursued higher education at Balliol College, University of Oxford, where they obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree from 1990 to 1994.
