Alexandra Serra has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2011 as an Executive Assistant at Vogue House Caracas. Alexandra then moved to Banplus Banco Universal C.A. in 2016, where they worked as a Market Risk & Liquidity Intern. In 2017, they began an internship as a Finance Specialist at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. In 2018, they worked as a Finance and Accounting Junior at Baker McKenzie. In 2019, they took on the role of Sustainable Economics Development Collaborator at Fundación Ayuda en Acción, where they supported indigenous groups in developing techniques for entrepreneurship and start-ups projects, gave sales, finance and accounting workshops, and developed creative ways to boost women's empowerment in indigenous communities. Finally, in 2020, they joined Arbolus Technologies as a Finance Associate, Senior Finance Associate, and Finance Manager.

Alexandra Serra has an education history that includes a Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Economics from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, obtained between 2016 and 2019. Alexandra also has a High School degree in Science from Cristo Rey de Altamira, obtained between 1999 and 2013. Alexandra is currently enrolled in the CGMA Finance Leadership Program at CIMA, which they are expected to complete in 2025.
