Nikki B.

Nikki B. has a diverse work experience in the senior care industry. Nikki started their career at Patriot Real Estate Title Services, Inc. as a Construction Escrow Manager from February 1997 to October 2009. Nikki then transitioned to Sunrise Senior Living and held the position of Resident Care Director from October 2007 to September 2017. Nikki continued to grow in the field and worked as the Director of Health and Wellness at Senior Lifestyle from September 2017 to December 2018. After that, they joined Bickford Senior Living as an RN Coordinator from December 2018 to December 2019. Nikki then served as the Regional Director of Wellness at Pathway to Living from December 2019 to January 2023. Currently, they hold a position as the Regional Vice President of Resident Care at The Arbor Company, starting from March 2023.

Nikki B. completed their education at Elgin Community College in 2010, obtaining an Associates in Applied Science in Nursing with a focus on becoming a Professional Registered Nurse. In addition to their degree, Nikki B. has obtained various certifications throughout their career. In November 2014, they received a ServSafe Food Handler Certification from ServSafe, National Restaurant Association. In May 2016, Nikki B. became American Heart Association, BLS CPR certified. Later that year, in December 2016, they obtained the Certified Dementia Practitioner certification from NCCDP, CADDCT.
