Kendra Fredrickson

Kendra Fredrickson has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and wellness. Kendra currently works as a Benefits and Compensation Manager at the Arbor Day Foundation since December 2021. Prior to that, they were a Benefits and Compensation Specialist at Lincoln Industries from February 2021 to December 2021.

Kendra also has several years of experience at LI-COR Biosciences, where they held various roles. Kendra started as a Health Coach in January 2013 and later became a Talent Operations Assistant from June 2013 to April 2015. Kendra then progressed to become a Talent Operations and Wellness Program Specialist from November 2015 to June 2017. In their role, they provided organizational support, maintained data integrity, coordinated recruitment and onboarding processes, and led the wellness initiatives.

From July 2017 to November 2019, Kendra worked as a Talent Operations Systems Administrator at LI-COR Biosciences. Kendra collaborated with the Talent Operations team and provided functional knowledge of HRIS best practices. Kendra supported the strategic global Talent Operations roadmap.

Lastly, Kendra has managerial experience as they worked as a Manager at The Wellness Center of Nemaha County from January 2011 to May 2012.

Kendra Fredrickson attended Auburn High School from 2003 to 2007, where they did not receive a degree or specify a field of study. From 2007 to 2011, they studied Sports Management at Peru State College, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. Most recently, from 2017 to 2018, they attended the Nutritional Therapy Association, pursuing a degree in Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.
