Garth Davis

Garth Davis is the SVP & Western Regional Director at Arbor Realty Trust. Garth has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to their current position, they were the Regional Director for Arbor Realty Trust's West Coast operations.

Garth Davis holds a degree in Advanced Real Estate Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a Masters in Accounting from the University of Cape Town.

Garth Davis reports to Ivan Kaufman, Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer. Garth Davis works with Fred Weber - EVP, Managing Director of Structured Finance & Principal Transactions, Senior Team - SVP, IT Infrastructure, and John Natalone - EVP, Treasury & Servicing.
