Jorge Nogueras

Jorge Nogueras, MBA, is an experienced finance and real estate professional currently serving as an Asset Manager at Arbor Realty Trust since March 2023. Previously, Jorge held positions as an Associate at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, managing pipelines of $3 billion and over $1 billion in mortgage loans, respectively. Jorge's career began as a Mortgage Loan Originator at City First Mortgage Services, where notable achievements included being awarded the #1 TDHCA Top Originator for the second quarter of 2018. Jorge earned an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Texas State University.
